    Garth Hall
    Garth Hall is The Turnpike Materials Employee of the Quarter for his high-level contributions to the Team, January through March 2012.  Garth made several exceptional contributions during the first Quarter 2012.  He covered Asphalt Manager duties for All Turnpike projects in both the South and North regions.  He cross-trained Debbie Glatz on the Laser Profiler and helped her to get certified in profiler operation by the State Materials Office.  Turnpike was #1 Statewide in Material Certification Process time in 2011 as a direct result of the outstanding Asphalt materials systems continuously and meticulously maintained by Garth.  He helped with addtional Pavement Evaluation duties and has been integral to the success of the Ticketless Asphalt Pilot project.  Garth maintained this high level of performance while ALWAYS being "Easy to Do Business" with.  Please congratulate Garth Hall as our Materials Employee of the Quarter!
